- Lyn O'Donnell Added October 17, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was not impressed with the service we received from your front desk sales person "Paula", so so rude I believe that you should look at people when talking to them rather than look in discussed that you have the nerve to return a product and then walk away whilst talking to them, surely you train your staff to be polite and respectful to your customers as it is us that keep your doors open.
Not surprised to notice another review on the very same sales person obviously Big W are proud of Paula's
acheivements as nothing has changed - Jeanne williamson Added July 08, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Just read negative comments and can't believe it is the same store that I have always had polite, helpful and courteous service since it has opened. Last month the lads helped me choose a mobile phone, assisted in answering questions for someone not tech savvy. Were very helpful.
