  We have been coming here every January and at other odd times over the last 10 years and we have always ys had a great stay.
  
  So it's a little outdated. I came to Noosa to relax and go to the river, the beach and sightseeing around the local area, and not being stuck in a Unit Block.
  
  Only need a place to sleep.
  
  Price is adequate, and units are clean and tidy.
  
  No air-conditioning, but fans are okay.

  Nice and relaxing, Leon who runs the place is very nice, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. It's not the most modern place but who cares for $100 a night in Noosa! It's got a nice old school, nostalgic charm to it, like I remember Aussie holidays growing up as a kid. Also everything was quite clean which was great.

  Clean and cozy little appartment, good value. Everything is a bit old but works properly. The pool was clean as well, free parking and wifi was included.
  
  Restaurants and bars are within a few minutes walking, there is also a bus taking you directly to the main beach. At check-in you get a sheet with information about what is going on in Noosa this week, which is very useful if you stay longer than one night.

  Rooms and furniture are dated. Needs some thorough cleaning & dusting. The whole unit was very dark and humid, there are electric fans, mostly not working properly; which made our stay very uncomfortable especially for my 1 month old daughter that we ended up staying in a different place. Doors are not secured (locks broken). Though it's cheap,(paid $400+ for 2 nights) but with a 3 star rating, management must consider guests comfort no matter how cheap or expensive they are paying. After all their experiences (WORD OF MOUTH) will always be the most effective unpaid advertising for your place.

  The price seemed good enough and location was fine. The room was large and had many floor fans to beat the heat. It was equipped with a kitchenette. The owner was friendly.
  
  However, the hotel is old and rundown. The carpet was torn and dirty. The sign in the kitchen said to clean the dishes or be fined $20 and it occurred to me that the guests were the ones cleaning so it was not necessarily done properly.
  
  There is a tiny pool, but it looked a bit scary to me. The entire hotel needs an updating so on second thought the price was a little steep for the condition of it.
