  Very pleased with this place. Our suite was essentially a home. A full kitchen, a laundry area 2 bedrooms and all kitted out very nicely. Lots of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk

  Great location. Just a minute walk to Gympie Tce and all the venues of Noosaville.. 3bedroom apartment super clean & bright. Great facilities for the kids, tennis, basketball, pools etc. Great welcoming managers Christine & Chris. All round a great spot

  Christine at the reception is such a greedy, nasty troll. Can’t believe a person like her can be employed to work at the customer service unless she is the owner maybe.
  We got stuck at North Queensland due to road closure caused by flooding, something totally out of our control. All other hotels agreed to cancel the booking without charging us. She is the only one insisting to charge us one night fee . When we talked to her, her attitude was so bad. Rude and arrogant. She doesn’t care about others at all!
  Avoid this troll if you can.

  Friendly, helpful management who made our unexpected check in super quick and easy. This resort was amazing value for money. The beautiful three bedroom apartment we stayed in was overlooking the river. It really did have everything you could possibly need to stay for a week (or even a month) and it was spotlessly neat and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. For anyone looking for a genuinely private, peaceful, and relaxing resort in Noosa heads... Noosa Keys was an absolutely beautiful place to stay (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤

  Beware of the troll, Christine, at reception, if, heaven forbid, you should stay next door and accidentally drop your keys in to the wrong reception.
  
  For context, the two resorts share a tiny service road that is paved, not bitumen. There is no fence dividing the two and they are similar in style. Given that I wasn’t the one to check-in for our group, I had not been to the reception before. Alas, walking into her den is an easy mistake to make and one that will not be forgotten any time soon.
  
  After a wonderful stay at Noosa Place (next door), I strolled into reception in a rather jovial mood to say thanks and drop off the keys. I was snarled at and scalded for even thinking I was in the right place. The thing continued to tell me I was in the wrong place and to read my key tag (which had no name). Still perplexed, I started looking for the Candid Cameras while she hissed, growled and drooled, as I was certain at this point that it was a stitch up. Awkwardly backing out of its den, I checked my compass for the coordinates to the correct reception.
  
  I wished the troll well, in typical Aussie fashion, and carried on my way to the other reception. There are reviews from years ago of people receiving the same level of service I endured today.
  
  Beware of the Noosa Keys troll!

  Great for families, quiet location, off street parking. Staff are great, friendly & will try accommodate special requests whenever possible ????????
