  Got me car in and out promptly. It was a Friday before the 3rd Monday holiday in a row, they were pushed to get all their commitments completed, but sadly my tyres were not rotated, or their pressure checked as stated on my receipt. Also the promised car wash wasn't done, but no dramas there, they were busy. Apart from that, well priced, polite and friendly staff, and a bus service. Pretty good aye!

  I was looking for a new Kia ,
  All around the Brisbane area no one had a new one in stock.
  Except for noosa kia , even in my favourite colour .
  Salesperson was bradley bartlem,
  And he was amazing , he basically bent over backwards to help me with the whole process .
  Never met an awesome salesperson like Bradley before , and I’ve bought a lot of cars in my time.
  So if you’re after a Kia from anywhere in Australia ,give Bradley at Cricks Noosa Kia a call.

  Walked in and purchased a new vehicle without an issue. Waited the appropriate time.
  Long story short we reported issued with the transmission, a strong burning smell and vehicle overheating from the first week and we were told it was normal. 2 services showed nothing on the computer diagnostic system because the vehicles conputer was faulty. Vehicle transmission blew up immediately after the 3000km service.
  We were told to wait 3 months for a new transmission and given no other options even when we asked what ALL our options were.
  YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO A BUY BACK WITH MAJOR FAULT OF VEHICLES FROM KIA OR IF THERE IS AN UNACCEPTABLE TIME DELAY. Noosa lied and told us we had no other options and are now refusing to buy the vehicle back after returning it with a scratched front pumper, a chip out of the steering wheel and grease all over the sunvisor and roof.
  They literally wanted to park out car out the back in a dirt car park for 3 months in the Qld sun as if this is acceptable and we had to provide our own car cover to protect it.
  The customer service has been atrocious and the misleading information provided is either deliberate to get you to go away or the staff have no idea what they are doing. Off to AFCA we go.

  I was having issues with glitches in the vehicle software associated with the 'infotainment system'. I had it to Cricks three times and they couldn't fix it. I contacted Kia Customer Service who suggested I take the vehicle to a different dealership. I went to Brendale Kia who fixed it up first time. Guess where the vehicle is going for the rest of its services?
