  I rented two rooms for a weekend celebration. Manager was very helpful with one party arriving after 9pm. Apartments were very clean, very easy to book and check out. Highly recommend, central location very friendly.

  They don't allow you to reschedule if there are CURRENT flood warnings in place the entire community of Noosa. I do not feel safe driving to a place where I could get stuck, either in a hotel or in flood waters. They refuse to allow for unforeseen circumstances , and are still willing to charge you the FULL COST of your stay if you can't make it. Will never book here again.

  Gorgeous villa that was comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Gardens and pool very clean and well maintained. Short stroll to the river and all the bars/restaurants. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again

  Thank you for a wonderful stay. The hosts are friendly, approachable and welcoming. This is a great place to stay for location and the rooms are spacious as well as comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.
  
  The pool and spa were a favourite of mine and it’s just a short walk to cafes and restaurants. It’s also a Fantastic place for families due to the larger apartments.
  
  Coco Bay is an awesome place to stay, thanks for the lovely hospitality. I will be back again.

  Lovely place to stay close to the Noosa River. Friendly managers and excellent accommodation.
